Valley Health & Hyperbarics is a wellness center for the treatment
of special needs children with alternative medicines not offered
by most pediatric centers.
Our founder, Dr. Giuseppina Feingold, is an emergency
room pediatrician and has successfully treated thousands of
special needs children with hyperbaric treatment over the last
ten years. Equally important, she is, herself, the mother of
a special needs child and understands, first-hand, what it means
to raise and treat children with debilitating conditions.
From the moment you walk in to Valley Health, you’ll know
you’re somewhere special. A facility where your child will feel
comfortable and safe. You can also rest easy, knowing that your
child will receive the same alternative medicine therapies the
doctor utilizes with her own daughter.

In 1999, Dr. Feingold’s daughter was born with cerebral palsy.
After 3 years of traditional therapy with minimal improvement,
she enrolled her daughter, Elisa, in a cerebral palsy study
utilizing hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) to saturate the cells
and tissues of her body with oxygen in a pressurized chamber.
With just 4 months of treatments, Elisa’s vocabulary had
nearly tripled and Dr. Feingold knew she was on to something
special. In 2001, she left the pediatric emergency room and
founded Valley Health, now located in Suffern, NY.
There are presently two hyperbaric chambers at the center
(affectionately referred to by the children as submarines or
spaceships) where HBOT has been used to treat an assortment
of conditions. In addition to cerebral palsy, Dr. Feingold
has successfully treated such conditions as Autism, chronic
Lyme Disease, chronic Fatigue Syndrome, migraines, cluster headaches
and brain injuries.
Whether you live nearby or are traveling to reach our facility,
both you and your child will be well cared for and treated with
respect and affection.
If you’d like to learn more about our treatment processes and
patient data, Dr. Feingold is always available for a phone call
or personal meeting to discuss your child’s treatment options.
Just click the “Contact Us” button above and contact us via
e-mail or phone. Our staff will gladly set up a one-on-one coversation
with the doctor so you can decide for yourself whether HBOT
is right for your child.
